I can't decide between waiting for May the 4th and jumping on the LotR deals to complete my collection. I am a LotR fan, this is tough. At least I have to hand in my thesis until April 30, so I will be occupied.

I can clearly remember no 50% B-Wing over here last year, but I do not remember if there was an exclusive minifig at all.

A bunch of second tier sets and Misc. items(besides B-Wing, Jabba's Palace and Desert Skiff).  I don't expect much different this year.  I would be shocked if they discounted any large STAR WARS set 15% off.

Totally forgot how bad the "sales" were last year.  Without the B-wing that barely qualifies as a sale.  Take in the fact that the hoth fig isn't fetching too much of a premium and you got a disappointing May 4th.

Right.  It would be nice if LEGO surprised us with some nice discounts, but they probably figure the Darth Revan minifigure makes up for a lack of discounts.

I just got this painful flashback about Hoth Han.. Oh wait, I still have them lingering in my unsold box..

Even though the wave with Revan in it was a little hard to find, you can look at what the Darth Revan Hasbro action figure fetches on EBay.  I think it's going for $75 or so currently.  There is demand out there for this guy, but I'm not sure how flooded the market will be?

Look at what happened with the Toy Fair Darth Maul minifigure awhile back.  They were selling for a $100+ then mass quantities were released and now they are selling for $15-$20.  Key with these minifigures will be short term flip.

I think with the darth ravan fig and 10%-15% off some descent part out sets there is some descent money to be made IMO.
