maxgc53 Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 will it be spending x dollars on star wars lego or just in general spending? Quote
jal4u2c Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 If it's for the May 4th promo it will be on Star Wars lego only. Quote
lotrlegofan Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 So what would be a good Star Wars set to buy in order to get one of these? I haven't invested in Star Wars yet (I know, I know, it's one of the commandments), frankly there are too many sets and I don't know Star Wars well enough so I've steered clear of them. Also my name in lotrlegofan so, c'mon. Are any Star Wars sets that don't cost $250-300 worth investing in? Quote
sidgis Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 I don't know a thing about that character, all I know is I will be getting as many of that mini figure as I can. Nice fig! Me too. But I kinda hope it's not like the TC-14 (chrome droid) promotion where there seemed to be more and more of them showing up in LEGO stores for weeks/months after May 4th/5th. It seemed like LEGO was making more based on the high demand, to the point where there was glut of them on the market! Quote
remy1492 Posted March 27, 2014 Posted March 27, 2014 Wait 2x vip OR the minifig you say? Why not both. Quote
comicblast Posted March 27, 2014 Posted March 27, 2014 Here is to hoping they start a tradition of having a UCS set on sale for $100 each year... Amen, brother. I'll take a 50% off UCS any day over 20 polybags. Back on topic, I'm just happy we are getting something new that isn't another protocol droid or a redressed minifigure. Han, I'm talking to you. Alpinemaps Posted March 27, 2014 Posted March 27, 2014 Whether it is s coincidence of not, this weekend is Star Wars Days at Legoland Carlsbad California. Not sure, what freebies they will hand out. http://california.legoland.com/plan/shows_and_events/star_wars_days/ If it's like year's past, it was usually a Duplo brick with the dates of the Weekend. Sometimes a poster. Lots of photo ops with members of the 501st. Il be there, so I'll post pics and details. Sent from my iPad using Brickpicker Quote

fuzzy_bricks Posted March 27, 2014 Posted March 27, 2014 I remember playing that game, it was great, your choices affected your path and your powers. As someone said, you played this character correct? I don't ever remember seeing what he looked like. Quote
TheOrcKing Posted March 28, 2014 Posted March 28, 2014 That is simply a kickass awesome minifigure whether or not you actually know the character or the game he is from, period. I'm holding out for Darth Tater.Already did that years ago. Quote

TheOrcKing Posted March 29, 2014 Posted March 29, 2014 I fixed the title to match because it has finally been confirmed this is the "May the 4th" promotional minifigure! It will be available from May 3 to 5 with the purchase of $75 or more on Lego Star Wars sets. With that said, anyone who voted "More than three days" may want to vote for another option. @rtisan Posted March 29, 2014 Posted March 29, 2014 Interesting. Any educated guesses as to the secondary market value of this? I predict an initial price point of $20-$25, then upwards. Pretty great fig, and I`m not even a SW fan, that`s saying something Quote
