DoNotInsertIntoMouth Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 So I like toys and therefor have a crap ton of them at work. As you can see, I have some lego stuff, and a lot of dinosaurs. A lot of technic stuff as well. Problem is, some people at work (including my wife) think it is funny to play with my toys, which are for show and only for me to play with. What is the world coming to? 1 Quote
exciter1 Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Those are much more appropriate than the poses my friends put my Star Wars figures in when I leave the room. Most of my stuff at work are still MISB, except for my Joyride Halo figures. Quote
Darth_Raichu Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 At least the dinos do not ride each other :D Quote
naf Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 I have some Lego at work, but locked in a glass display cabinet. There are way too many practical jokesters in my office! Quote
Bold-Arrow Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Or maybe the wife is dropping you a hint ? Quote

I had to clean up a lot of legos. The stuff he did with the protocol droids was the worst. But luckily they refrain from that at work. They did race some of my technic sets with the dinosaurs on them in the hall. If you want to feel the atmosphere I work in, its like this: 1 Quote
Migration Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 With all those toys in your work station how do you ever get anything done? Quote
allen9917 Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Don't we always teach our kids to share? LOL. Quote

DoNotInsertIntoMouth Posted March 26, 2014 Author Posted March 26, 2014 With all those toys in your work station how do you ever get anything done? I work in a lot of situations where I have to use critical thinking. So I play with them while I ponder a networking conundrum. And then I solve and conquer. Quote
Migration Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 I can change the title. I had one just like that in college, my wife found this one at a garage sale for $25. We think it's an old teachers desk. 1 Quote
@rtisan Posted March 27, 2014 Posted March 27, 2014 You guys are hilarious!!! I won`t dare post a pic of my desk. It exited that realm and transferred into that of "enormous pile of crap that vaguely resembles a desk" long ago. Quote
j.hermit Posted March 27, 2014 Posted March 27, 2014 Very Lord Business of you... "These toys are only for looking, not for playing." You could use the Kragl to permanently arrange them in the correct position on your desk. Quote
j.hermit Posted March 27, 2014 Posted March 27, 2014 Migration- I love the postage scale. Any other forum on the internet and there would've been 15 comments like "Yeah party!" or "Don't get arrested!'' by now. Quote

That $30 was some of the best money I've spent. Saves a ton of time and I can't remember the last time I had to go to the post office, just use scheduled pick ups. 1 Quote
