TheOrcKing Posted June 10, 2015 Posted June 10, 2015 Oh my geeze, I literally just had this tune pop in my head the other day! You beat me to posting. Ha. Quote
Grynn Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Raise.com customer service...First of all, the automated holding system updated me as to my place in the queue every time it changed during the 5-10 minute wait, which was extremely helpful in the patience department. When Blair answered, she was friendly and prompt in getting to my issue. She didn't know the problem, didn't pretend to, and didn't waste time finding someone who (sort of) did. After a brief hold (1 minute perhaps) she explained what they THOUGHT the situation was and said the best thing to do was to issue me a refund for the remaining balance. While not thrilled with the result, I felt the way my call was handled was basically perfect. There was absolutely zero attempt to claim lack of responsibility on their part, even though I don't believe they did anything wrong at all. Bravo, Raise! Quote
Migration Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 My "job" is a bit different from most on here, I deal with all the issue of a service related industry, this week has been particularly rough in that regard, but then I do get to see things like this on a regular basis. So, I guess it all evens out... 9 Quote

speedsausage Posted July 23, 2015 Posted July 23, 2015 For sure. They're store name is Toy Traders and they are located in Langley B.C. (About a 35min. drive outside of Vancouver). They're still putting up dioramas so I'll post some more pics at a later date. I'm sure these will be the better of the displays though. Quote
