Oh man. Such a scam.

No way they will be sending those out..and they will just refund the auction price and not the shipping price..So the buyers will be screwed out of $250!!

Is the seller doing it for a Customs reason? If an item sells for $1, then he puts that on the forms. I suppose it is a loophole unless he purchases insurance and the 2 $ numbers do not match....

Maybe the seller doesn't understand eBay shipping fees ?

eBay does refund original shipping fees if the item is not delivered.http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/money-back-guarantee.html#MBG

I was wondering about that too, but can't he only insure the item for the selling price? I would think that would be risky insuring a $400 set for only $61. He sold some last week but has not received feedback yet probably due to the 3 week delivery time. I sent him a message and asked if he was shipping directly from Lego and no response as of yet. It still doesn't explain how he could be making a profit when his net is $270
