This was the first of each of these things that I am ordering and were not large orders, but I am going to wait for in process to order anything else Quote

The order I placed yesterday took less than 1 hour to become "in process". I highly doubt S @ H saw any backlog at all. Quote

I am having the same thing happen today: ordered Santa's workshop at midnight which is already listed as shipped, I ordered the Sandcrawler this morning after cashing my paycheck and that one has been stuck in customer service for about 2 hours now....
