Yeah; isn't everything from LEGO nowadays "TBD"?

Only police stations -- just in case the customer's modular layout votes to reduce their police funding, they need to be able to rename it the Social Office Administration Building.

41426 Heartlake City Park Cafe also has a contingency plan to be renamed Lockdown Bankrupt Cafe.

All 1/1 orders that were "in warehouse" have shipped. GWPs plus filler.

Except the one order without filler that had an "in stock" Hedwig that sat forever before hitting the warehouse. Of course by then Hedwig went to backordered. GWPs say "in process". I assume that means no car and possibly no TBOM if that's gone by the time Hedwig comes back?

2 out of my 6 orders from 1/1 have now shipped. Did get an update on all remaining orders saying ‘don’t worry they’ll be with you soon’. Police station is one of the ones that have shipped so hope it’s here by the weekend...

I got that same email, but geez LEGO.  A whole week you've had my order. Let's get on the ball.

My brother messaged the family chat today and asked if I'd sent him some Lego, I hadn't (at least not intentionally). Moments later I get a message from my mom saying it was her, she'd bought the Police Station modular for him (which was really sweet of her). He's a cop and actually builds and plays with his Lego more than I do. I'm mostly just jealous his order made on the 3rd (with a by Jan 20th availability) arrived before my order from the 1st did!

With the backlog of builds that I've already got, I'm not too bummed, but just to share...I could have ordered the police station from SaH at like 8:56 with the Skating rink promo but waited. Then site went ultra glitchy then shut down completely. Then at like 10:45 when he site came back, I ordered police station, but why bother adding a shipping filler I'm ordering so early it can't be backordered yet.(and wasn't for a long time after my order) but alas I get the backorder treatment? I'm still ready to buy Lantern fest, Ninjago garden , Blacksmith...etc...all for personal build stuff at this time. I'm just a little concerned I'll get the "V.I.P" treatment again :(  From reading the thread there is a few in the same boat.  With a positive spin, I'm glad LEGO So popular currently 🦈

Opened a missing package case right before Xmas and nothing, but yesterday I filed a lost mail claim. Maybe that got it moving?

Funny how that works.  I've done that a few times and the package magically starts moving again within a couple days.

We might not be getting the skating rinks.  I’m starting to get shipment emails that do not include it.

And they are still advertising them.

Wonder if this means they are enforcing a limit on these as well (assuming of course you got some during the original run of the promo - which I am sure you did haha)

I think it’s just inventory issues.  Irritating to make purchases based on an advertised promotion and not get it.  Irritating to have to keep a spreadsheet of purchases so orders don’t get cancelled.  Irritating to have to call them to get a gift card or VIP points reimbursed when they cancel an order.

Interesting. I never successfully ordered any of the Diner's from Lego. But had some dropshipped from Amazon directly from Lego. Got the "over limit" email from the Diner's I just ordered.

Apparently when they dropship... they count them against you without giving you the points or promos.

How long ago did you order diner from Amazon. I am hoping there is still a chance for me to grab one. They seem to be out everywhere now. I hesitated and when I finally decided to get one...it is too late.

Indeed. Ordered quite a few from Amazon. At one point they were being purchased through Amazon, but being dropshipped from Lego. So even though I hadn't ordered any using my actual Lego account... my name and address were still on orders as they were dropshipping through Amazon.

A while back a LEGO store mgr that I know fairly well told me LEGO was moving to establish their own presence on Amazon's platform.  Apparently LEGO protested Amazon selling the UCS MF at a deep discount and began making this move shortly thereafter.

It wasn't too long thereafter that several people here began complaining about Amazon blocking them from selling certain LEGO product on Amazon's platform.  Now we hear that some Amazon sales are actually drop shipped directly from LEGO.  It will be interesting to see if this continues or was just 2020 being weird.
