Replacement Tie came in today.  Minty fresh.  Amazon back in good graces. Seal code 42R5.

That is exactly how mine came.  Mine did have a small dent/crease on the front though.  Still good shape.

Received 1x TIE From Amazon on Sat.  The box arrived with a 30 lb car seat we ordered separately.  Amazon bundled both the same box.  Came in 9/10.  I'm keeping it.

Any luck contacting customer service? 


Yes, but it wasn't remedied immediately. I have to check with them when I get back tonight. They had system problems and sent out a bunch of inactive cards. You have to call to get them activated, but only one of my three activated properly. They were still working on it and said it could take 24 hours. I'm afraid a bunch of people will need to call them.

Me included... just called and am now on the "24 hour wait." :whistle:

Same as mine. It was as if someone just spun the roll of air packs and let it all fall into the box. Better that than nothing though. My box had some dings and stuff though. 

Seals on mine were 34R5

I had the same problem. Thanks exciter for alerting us early. I telephoned Staples and they transferred me to their "gift card dept.". The call went to GiftCardMall  and the rep. told me they handle Staples' gift cards for them. He recognized the problem and immediately activated them. That's all it  is, they just need to be activated.

I just checked again, still not working. Called them, she checked the status, said they were still actively working on it. Basically, I'll check in another 24 hours and escalate my heat appropriately.

Exciter, are you playing phone tag with Staples, TRU, or GiftCardMall? For me, Staples rep. transfered me to GCM but I asked for a direct ph. # first.  I tossed that ph. # as soon as my cards were activated. All GCM needed was my Staples order # and he active the TRU  cards. I pulled this # off the Web for GCM: 877 426 2551

GCM, I used the same number. 1 of 3 activated so far.

I agree, well, except for the time Dell Support hung up on me.  I'm convinced it was purposeful.
