BTW, I could barely understand the Indian Call Center rep. I almost got refunded for all 3 Tumblers. I had to get him to repeat it 3 times! Seems like that could cost Target more than they are saving on labor. ChrisJ67 Posted January 23, 2016 Share Posted January 23, 2016 I also ordered from the Target ebay store and it arrived with the seals popped. I contacted them about this and they offered to give me a refund but there were no more to be had so I kept it and they game me 20% refund. So not a bad deal in the end.
