So I went ahead and cancelled my order as per Amazon's request. I placed a new order and gave the necessary information to Amazon CS via the link they provided me in their previous email.

I received this reply from a different Amazon CS:
"I've tried to waive off shipping charges for your order and edit the price to $33.65 and found that your order already has been entered in shipping soon process. So I am unable to take any action on your right now. 

However, I'm following up with your order. I assure you that, once your order is shipped, I'll go ahead and personally refund shipping and handling charges and the price difference as per the promised by our previous representative for your order."

That's when I knew there would be a problem. About an hour later I received the Shipped email. So i replied yet again to let Amazon CS know the item has now shipped and they could adjust the price.

That's when I got this reply from yet another, different, Amazon CS;
"I've reviewed our previous correspondence  with you, and I'm very sorry about the  incorrect  information you received.

Regarding the refund of price difference, We work hard to find the best prices out there and match them for all customers every day. Our prices do change over time. With the exception of TVs, Amazon.com doesn't offer post-purchase adjustments."

That's when I had Amazon CS call me back. I got some heavily accented woman name "Anne" but I highly suspect her name was Duka Duka or something similar. I explained to her the situation and she was rather rude to me. As if I created the situation. I set her straight pretty fast and there were apologies thrown frequently from that point forward. She said she would issue a refund for the difference. She started to babble about all different numbers and multiple discounts and she really sounded like she didnt know what she was doing.

Short story long: I woke up this morning to three emails:
We're writing to let you know we processed your refund of $11.97 for your Order xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx.
We're writing to let you know we processed your refund of $17.00 for your Order xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx.
We're writing to let you know we processed your refund of $49.00 for your Order xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx.

She ended up giving me three separate refunds, on three separate orders (two of which werent even LEGO) for a total of $77.97. Obviously a bigger refund then it should have been.

I ended up paying $21.09 for that Fortrexx. AND when I woke up this morning I looked out front and this was sitting on my porch @ 8AM.

Hey fellas...mods put this in the appropriate spot if it doesn't belong here. Need some advice or hope. I ordered from sunny website on the 5th. My item never arrived. I waited seven days before opening a claim on paypal. Newandsealed never responded to emails before that. Anyways newandsealed finally provided tracking info showing item delivered on the 7th. I was home at the time and item was never delivered. I responded with item never received. What happens next with paypal? Am I out the money? Any info is greatly appreciated.

I seriously doubt you're out the money.

In a similar boat as you.  ordered two EW, got one but never received the second. As you mentioned sunnykart email never received a reply.  opened a case with paypal yesterday, and waiting on that now.  I suspect Niko may have gotten in over his head with the 20% promo...

Keep up with it on paypal, you are not the only one reporting issues which should make things easier.  However I am not real experience with the dispute process on paypal.  also even if things do not go well with paypal, you can always file a dispute with your cc company (if you did not use a cc then first lesson is always use a cc when you do not know the seller well)

Thanks! Yeah. I used a CC via PayPal so I'll follow up there if things fall apart for some reason. Ordered the EW as well.

I've had cases like this as both a seller and a buyer. From PayPal's perspective, if the seller can show the package delivered to your address, you'll lose the case. The only exception I've encountered is if the item required signature confirmation, and that wasn't completed.

PayPal doesn't care if someone stole the package, it got dropped at your neighbor's house accidentally, or a co-worker at your business signs for it. I've lost out on the value of items before, as I have had three packages "marked as delivered"  but not here at my house. 

LEGO shop at home took care of me one time and sent out a duplicate shipment at no cost.

A second time PayPal screwed me, but the post office "found it a week later" because it was delivered to a house three doors down from me.

The third time PayPal ruled against me, the seller wouldn't refund me, and the items never showed up.
