Huskers1236
Sounds like the next Winter Village set is going to be a Market. No other information as yet, but the source is never wrong.
Legodog
Sounds interesting. Should be a nice set.

Veegs
Count me in - although I probably would have been in for any Winter Village set!
cobi
I hope this is true! I love the winter series collection. Same here. We decorate our mantle every Christmas with the village. When kids see it, they go into a dream wonderland!

Huskers1236
what this your source? http://cdn.vanillaforums.com/brickset.vanillaforums.com/FileUpload/6f/193a251169a73f2eb100dcb4d3c5e6.jpg A poster from Eurobricks who has NEVER led anybody astray. There are very few people I quote about rumors, but he is one of them. He has done this with other sets as well in the past, like Palace Cinema, and has never been wrong. vr4kevykev
Oy! My mastery of the English language is deplorable. I was not trying to be snarky if it came off that way. In my own little way I was trying to confirm what your source said with a picture of the (possible) designer holding up a clap board confirming the same. I did not take offense to the question at all. To be honest, I didn't even look at the picture you put up that close until this time to notice what she was talking about. The person in question had made similar statements in the past giving early confirmation about sets that were upcoming, simply stating that "x" set was coming and that more info would be given when it was possible. It was stated that the next Winter Village set was going to be a market, so I thought I would pass it along since it is a very popular theme. TheOrcKing
Here's a shot in the dark, a modular style winter hotel or home. Maybe even something like "Santa's Store". I don't know. Any excuse to have a winter build!
TheDarkness
LEGO Shop at Home for Australia and the Euros have this now listed as a retired product. What the........???? http://shop.lego.com/en-GB/Winter-Village-Market-10235?_requestid=262383
jaisonline
Wow. Seems to be listed as retired in all counties except Canada and US. If this is true, we have a home run here. Extremely short 5-6 month Euro production run with a popular themed set. ...and it retired without notice. Target.com is currently sold-out so there goes buying them for a 90 day return policy. Looks like Amazon has 823 units left. You know... Everytime I went into a Lego story his past holiday season! I never saw this set. It could have been a slow seller compared to past sets so they give it the hook so soon? I also thought it looked sorts out of place next to the other winter sets as it reminded me of a snow circus.
TheViralSmile
What the ... I guess I'd better buy a few!
jaisonline
What the ... I guess I'd better buy a few! Selling some m.manhunters will offset the cost. Another option is to buy from target.com to help offset sales tax using the red card.

jaisonline
The cottage said retired last year but came back the following winter. It was listed as "retired product"? Do you remember which country web sites?

jaisonline
Yep, U.K Do you remember if other counties had the retired tag?
glenbart
I cant remember for sure, it's possible I checked the US site and it said the same.
psusyntar
I thought on the U.S. site the winter cottage stated "Sold Out" after the holiday season, not retired.
TheDarkness
Yeah I thought it was just sold out not listed as retired. It may be incorrect, may be "unretired" and Lego playing games but it is definitely a wrinkle.
