Jimking23
I found a opera house on Craig's List NIB with a crunched corner $240.00. On waiting on a response. I can' t find a review or much info on the site. I know it's a relatively new set. It never grabbed my attention but, if the price is right. Thoughts? marcandre
I would buy one at that price. You could build it and sell it used later and get all your money back. Even if it's for investing that's a nice discount for a crushed corner. This set will likely be around another 2-3 years though.
fuzzy_bricks
I'd proabably pick that up if I had the cash. That is about $80 off an item that probably won't see any discounts. Buying for personal collection or investment?

Buying for personal collection or investment? Investment, but you know Craig's List. I may never here back. I asked if he was rock solid on his price. legoaddiction
Opera house is a great set but the landscape is a bit bland. It does come with large tiles though
Jimking23
"Poof" as they say. He responded and said it sold. It's nice when they get back to you. Hopefully he will remove his listing. It lasted about a day. I shoulded be surprised, by watching Craig's List I came to the conclusion there is another collector/investor in central Ct. (he lists a lot of Legos). He probably snapped up.
