Alpha13snake Posted February 27, 2014 Author Posted February 27, 2014 http://lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/59069 The project has been accepted & is now in the idea stage. I feel I have posted this in the wrong section, please may I request that it be moved to the Cuusoo forum? Thanks in advance. I'll get more pictures in the first post. No comments yet. Regards Alpha. Alpha13snake Posted March 20, 2014 Author Posted March 20, 2014 I have made some updates to the project: Presenting the MKII TMNT Patrol Buggy: http://s380.photobucket.com/user/Legendary-Soldier/slideshow/TMNT%20LEGO%20Patrol%20Buggy Still no comments? What am I doing wrong here? I guess it takes time. Also, sorry for the triple post, I would have edited the first one, but alas the edit button is gone. Is that a forum rule? Anyway thanks for looking. Regards Alpha. Quote
TheOrcKing Posted March 20, 2014 Posted March 20, 2014 This is some pretty good stuff. I do like how all four buggies are similar yet feature just enough differences to make them unique to each character. Quote
Alpha13snake Posted March 29, 2014 Author Posted March 29, 2014 Thanks for the comment. If your interested in a better look, I now have a video on the Patrol Buggy: Regards Alpha. Quote
Alpha13snake Posted May 1, 2014 Author Posted May 1, 2014 To the mods. Is it possible for me to get the title of this thread changed? If so could we change it to: Lego Ideas/Cuusoo TMNT Patrol Buggy. Please & thank you. Regards Alpha. Quote
4gotAboutDre Posted May 5, 2014 Posted May 5, 2014 I like it, Alpha. Great use of the diff size wheels. Really tempting me to guy buy a few more of the tumbler polybag for the extra wheels :-) Sent from my iPhone using Brickpicker Quote
Alpha13snake Posted August 17, 2014 Author Posted August 17, 2014 I got the wheels from pick a brick in store ages ago. I sit & build stuff with my sons, they tell me what they want & I build it for them as best I can. We built this watching TMNT episodes, I took it to the next level with my box of bits & bobs from pick a brick, bricklink & my old collection of spare lego from the 80s. Daniel, my eldest love his TMNT patrol buggy, so even if it doesn't make it as a lego set I won't be disappointed. I thank the 77 people who have supported this project so far. The video has had around 12k hits. But time is running out only 255 days left. If it doesn't make 10,000 Lego still may make the set. Infact I give over any rights to Lego if the target is not met. I'll make a how to video & LDD instructions when that time comes. Recently we made Icecream kitty, maybe I should post some new pictures her & the Metalhead we did. Regards Alpha Quote
legodelorean Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 Dude, bada$$!!! I love snything TMNT. Very cool and you did a great job. Keep it up!! Quote
DoNotInsertIntoMouth Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 IMO this is better than every other TMNT set made except the new Van. One of my friends saw the movie. he said if you go in with the lowest expectations, its actually not that bad. Quote
