International Shipping - must use USPS transparent envelope (2976-E) for customs form?

Hi all!

First time shipping a lego set internationally. Need to ship it out urgently but realised I ran out of the USPS transparent envelope (2976-E) which is used to contain the customs forms. I have a UPS transparent one sitting at home though.

Does anyone know if I can use that instead or is USPS strict abt this? I've also scheduled a pick-up for my parcel - by any chance the USPS mailman will have any of these stashed in his vehicle?

Really appreciate any help or advice here. Thanks in advance!
