chopstick
Since the Green Ninja is in the 70815-1: Super Secret Police Dropship which is not yet released, how do you think this will affect the value of the Spinner Loyd ZX 9574? gregpj
It likely will hurt the value but by how much depends on the Super Secret Police Dropship costs. People parting out the set will likely ask a premium for Lloyd ZX based on current selling prices but the smart ones will know they can undercut the spinner pack and still make a hefty profit. Those spinner packs are essentially garbage... The kids never end up playing with the spinners, only the minifigures. I have avoided buying them. Not according to Brickpicker / eBay: http://www.brickpicker.com/bpms/set.cfm?set=9574-1 They are right around $30, exactly where they were in December 2012 / January 2013 timeframe. Perhaps it is US vs CA thing.

Locutus001
Any opinions about this one? It may not be as "iconic" as the sea cow but to me it looks pretty cool and the fact that there are 8 Minifigures included is also nice. 4 of them being those police-bots and BATMAN! I don't think emmet or the other two figures are really that cool but all in all the set seems to be a good deal. Does anybody else like this futuristic police dropship design? As for an investment I still don't know if the LEGO MOVIE Sets are worth a shot... Same goes for this one. What do you think?
jaisonline
surprisingly we didn't have a thread created for this popular set. thanks!
exciter1
My son really wants it. That's the only indicator I have so far. He wants it more than Benny's Spaceship, just saying.
beartrapper
My son is the opposite. He'd rather Benny's Spaceship, then Emmet's mech, then the drop ship. I like it for a personal collection, but I'm not sure of investment potential. Edited September 12, 2014 by beartrapper
Zurno
This set makes a nice piece to display as it is biggish looking, but doesn't take up too much space. It isn't as tall as the Sea Cow or as long and wide like the spaceship, but still looks very nice on a shelf.
areyounormal
I own and have built this set and I love it. It is a really fun build and the minifig selection is great: variety of characters and the robo-swat minifigs are great for army building too. Personally I prefer it to the spaceship but I think I am in the minority of that opinion.
TheOrcKing
This set kicks butt between the build, SWAT bots, exclusive Johnny Thunder and Green Ninja (Lloyd). The only feature I found different with this Green Ninja is the expression on Lloyd's face here is used in the current Ninjago sets and not the one from before.
