No More Monkeys
Did you guys see what set is advertised on the back of the GE instruction book? 10195 if i am not mistaken? They have to retire GE just for that reason alone... Otherwise they are basically promoting resellers. My first reaction seeing the ad was - "awesome! i wonder where i can buy that?!" Why don't they print updated manual with each new run, i wonder? Or that would be too much of an expense?

exciter1
Never too soon to start amassing PS's before their demise...nor is it too soon to start a thread about said demise. Rumors are heating up that the Haunted House may be next on the list?
ponyboy9595
I know HH basically has the same characteristics as the other modulars, but is it considered a part of the modular series?
marcandre
I know HH basically has the same characteristics as the other modulars, but is it considered a part of the modular series? Monster fighter series. Plenty of people fit it in on their modular street though. It looks pretty good with the others.

johnwray
To fellow Los Angelenos: as of this morning, the Glendale Lego store did not have any GEs, but the one on Topanga Canyon Blvd. (in Canoga Park) had two. They have a one-per-customer policy in place right now or I would have snagged more than just one.
darin
7938 is more like $130-140...at least on Ebay. Give it some time...it did just retire.

I know, hear say, I'm I'm still curious to know if any stores restock.
