dbroncos59 Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 I always thought it'd be cool to have a Presidents minifigures line. The recent Lincoln in the Movie pack refueled that want for me. In terms of sets, most of the popular shows could be cool. The Office, Walking Dead, Doctor Who, Family Guy, etc. Pretty much anything with a major following on TV could be a good set for collectors and investors alike. Quote
TheOrcKing Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 I was thinking also about a "MASK" theme. Do you remember this cartoon series from the 80's?Is that a trick question? Quote
Ciglione Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 Yes, that is what I mean! Are these official sets? Or self-made? p.s. the music is awesome! Quote
isocleas Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 Maybe its just because I also sell Magic the gathering, but I think as a lego theme it would do well. It has a large following of 12-30 year-olds who have no problem investing large sums of money/time into building their collections and play decks. MTG also has a number of developed characters (Liliana, Jace, Garruk, etc.) and interesting themes (goblins, zombies, etc.) that I could see a number of desirable sets coming from it. I think it would have moderate success initially and long term AFOLs would seek them out. Quote
TheOrcKing Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 Yes, that is what I mean! Are these official sets? Or self-made? p.s. the music is awesome! Those were designed by long time MOCer, Orion Pax (Alex Jones). The guy is brilliantly creative. Oh yeah, and here is the original extended full version of the theme. I love the 80s. Quote

Darth_Raichu Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 Man those MOC models look even better than the plastic MASK toys I had way back when 1 Quote
Alpinemaps Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 Man those MOC models look even better than the plastic MASK toys I had way back when Oh man. Take my money, indeed! Those are outstanding. I *may* have that long theme song in my running music playlist. Quote
BrickLegacy Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 My apologies if someone already suggested this but Charlie Brown CMF would be awesome in my book. Sent from my iPhone using Brickpicker 1 Quote

jpizzow Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 Would like to see a soccer stadium or baseball stadium as a large exclusive (3000-4000+ pieces) to go with my modular city. Quote

Lenjon Posted May 4, 2014 Posted May 4, 2014 I would love to see a Mythology theme there are no licenses but lots of pre-existing characters and stories. Quote
No More Monkeys Posted May 4, 2014 Posted May 4, 2014 I would love to see a Mythology theme there are no licenses but lots of pre-existing characters and stories. "Hercules in pink pants" minifig? Minotaur Smash set? Quote
Stevenplays Posted May 5, 2014 Posted May 5, 2014 Thinking about it, I would like to see a theme that is similar to the modulars, but only one to two stories tall, but also be released a bit more frequently aswell. Would have pin holes to fit into the existing modular sets. Quote
jharrison Posted May 5, 2014 Posted May 5, 2014 Would like to see a soccer stadium or baseball stadium as a large exclusive (3000-4000+ pieces) to go with my modular city. Boy I really like this idea. I can picture the goodyear blimp flying over it (on the not quite invisible transparent 1x1s) Would need to stockpile it with a bunch of the generic city people though. And I guess baseball or football guys... OK. it just got kind of expensive... Quote
Silvertt Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 UCS auto sets: Lambo Aventador Porsche carrera UCS Tumbler Megaman series (not happening) Starcraft series (could be very, very popular) Twilight Quote
leenoack83 Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 I would love to see a Labyrinth theme. One of my favourite childhood movies. I doubt there are many kids these days that are familiar with it, but it has a pretty big cult following and I'd be willing to bet that the AFOL market would eat it up The Bog Of Eternal Stench, the Goblin Castle and the Labryinth itself would make for great sets and the minifgs (and a Ludo maxifig) would be awesome. The Dark Crystal would be cool too. Basically anything Jim Henson. Quote
Alpinemaps Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 Flinstones??? Anyone???now that would be different...and quite interesting. I've never thought about a Stone Age Lego set. Quote
Remy070 Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 Just curious if anyone knows when the Guardians of the Galaxy Legos are being released? Thank you. Quote
Stevenplays Posted May 19, 2014 Posted May 19, 2014 Just curious if anyone knows when the Guardians of the Galaxy Legos are being released? Thank you. I believe August, but some stores are reportedly already stocking them. Quote
Stevenplays Posted May 19, 2014 Posted May 19, 2014 Well, giving it some good thought, I think it would be cool to see a Nintendo themed line of sets, heads would be done in a Simpsons-est fashion, and molds could be reused from the TMNT line, such as the shell (and only the shell). Too bad we wouldn't see any Mario sets if this were to happen, K'next already has that license. Legend of Zelda would be nice as a stand-alone theme, if we couldn't get a full line of characters with their own respectful sets. Quote
Remy070 Posted May 19, 2014 Posted May 19, 2014 Just curious if anyone knows when the Guardians of the Galaxy Legos are being released? Thank you. You're kidding me. What stores might I find them at? I'm really excited for this line. Quote
