I can't imagine I bought modular sets continuously this two months. In my collection were Palace Cinema, Fire Brigade, Pet Shop, Grand Emporium & Town Hall. However, I'm unable to complete purchase on Green Grocer & Cafe Corner because the price is too high. Looking forward to purchase Parisian Restaurant & Haunted House(though not in modular category). I read lots of negative comment on certain modular series but I don't care, as long it's look nice when on display. All my sets still MISB, still in the process refurbish my room and installing new shelves then I will started the building process. Hmmm must be interesting, can't wait!

And I am waiting for a new home to display. So I hanged the progress, only built the GE and PS.

Parisian is a must to me! But it's not urgent.

and ytd I started my Volkswagen too.

Hoping to catch up the Chinese Lunar New Year.

Cheers!

just got done rebuilding the latest 7 modulars (took all week).  started buying with the petshop.  we bricklink'd the market street modular, couldn't bring our selves to pay ebay prices.  hard to put an accurate cost as I added minifigs to get some minimum requirements.  have to guess it was no more then $250.  will be trying the cafe corner next

I stumbled upon a Cafe Corner for $475 a little while back on Ebay used. Keep watch and you will find one.

Building a new one as I write this, getting the bricks from Lego's own PAB and BAP sides. It will be all new for around $450.00
