You need to use the data on the set's individual info page e.g. Mines of Moria I think the Brickfolio data gets updated a bit later than the set info pages. It's because the sales data for it has been mixed in with 21000-1 Sears Tower, which often happens when the set number with a -2 suffix pops up. I think Willis was the replacement for Sears due to naming rights so it probably makes sense to have the data under one set. So you have to use that price of the Sears at $33.60 if you still want it. If you read Grolims movers and shakers articles, its always a bunch of random sets that grow like 100% out of nowhere. There are a few like Capn America that are well known, but I don't think coming out of January there are any obvious sets like that.
