Just sold the first of my small stash of 75055 ISD, for €170 cash in hand. In The Netherlands that is currently the going rate, though the prices are slowly rising on this set. I expect it will do > €200 on Marktplaats after the Summer holidays.

It's funny... To get about the same nett profit through selling on eBay I'd have to sell an ISD at €200. After eBay and PayPal commissions substracted it's about the same €170 as I got through Marktplaats where selling is free.

A lot of people got poor results from Kylo Ren´s ship, even at 50% or more off RRP so I fear that the market will be saturated with Tydiriums this year.

Isn't the market saturated with everything these days? In my opinion, AT-AT>ISD>Tydirium.

Oh no... this is headed toward bubble thread territory. :mda:

As long as they saturate at 2.5x my buy-in, I'm ok with it.

I agree with your assessment of this horse of quick flippers and quick investors. Key to beat them is buy the right sets and hold them longer than theae flippers can. I will never put myself in a position where I hava to sell sets. I have kept certain sets for a long time and ususally montior the 'riping procress' of my inventory ripely. Granted, I have had sets that just don't appreciate much regardless of how long you keep them. I just strongly feel the Tydirium will do well, but longterm. I probably won't sell them or even look at them till late 2017. In the mean time I'll be selling my 2012 and 2013 sets...

Polybag 30259 Azari Fire (elves)....something like a miracle :-)

I have actually sold a bunch of these for $3.99 on BL, buy in was like $1.00- $2.00 on each. Out of the 20 or so I originally had in stock I'm down to 5. Don't count this one out yet!

Sold the last of my 15  Raptor Escapes for $120 CDN last night. Oh Charlie, how I will miss your toothy grin that matched my own. You're free little buddy. Also sold my last Star Wars Desert Skiff for $75 CDN. Not bad for a $15 purchase.

Chima eris' eagle interceptor 70003- sold three of them at my wife's yard sale for $15 each. Cant get them to move on ebay, but my buy in was $7 each so 2x $$$$! I still have 4 left to move tomorrow. Plus sold some bionicle @ $5 each. They were from a lot and buy in was well under that.

30+ more lbs of loose bulk for $225 + shipping. I bought the lot for $75, picked out the minifigures / accessories and non Lego junk. And It all came with one of these that I kept.

Ok. We get it. That's a very nice storage unit. Me and my 6 for $18 Iris scrapbook cases are doing just fine without the fancy rack.

LOL!! the Mega Bloks of storage.....:haha:

That's a low blow. It's like UCS vs. microfighter. Same manufacturing. Same material. Less intricacies.

(I was just pointing out how you keep bragging. You didn't have to call Mega Bloks on me)

I'm very sad they stopped making those... The alternatives have very low quality plastic in the "shelves" part. We only have a few we grabbed at EOL for MSRP and suddenly two months later they were going for 3x.

I sold 3 of my 12 at-ats for 215.00 each plus shipping over the last week and a half.  Averaged close to 100% profit after fees, and shipping.  Planning on using this cash on some may the 4th purchases.

snowspeeder and at-at prices are on the move up the last couple of weeks.  Imperial star destroyer still stuck in neutral.

i need to raise a little working capital and those AT-AT's are calling to me as well.  1000 piece at-at sets are on a 3-4 year schedule like clock work since 2003.  normally i'd say there is no chance for a new AT-AT before late 2017 and would want to hold til 2018  but Rogue 1 trailer has me spooked a little for an earlier remake first quarter next year.

FBA:

PA : 189.9

At-Te : 195

I sold PA last fall for just over $100 and thought that was a nice return.  I had no idea that set could go this high.  I also clearly did not buy enough AT-TEs when they were readily available for $60-65.

Some recent sales for me:

FBA

Fallingwater $225

Technic Helicopter 9396 $179

MF Ghost Train $120

Batcave 6860 $120

A-wing $78

Corporate Alliance Tank Droid $50

Council of Elrond $48

Merida's Highland Games $37

Ariel's Amazing Treasures $30

Riddles for the Ring $31

Superman vs. PA Lex $28 (I lost all faith in this set going anywhere.  Still made some money but not nearly enough based on how long I've had them.)

FBM

Sith Fury-class Interceptor $161 + shipping
