So it's getting towards valentines and I decided to put up last years valentines set a few days ago ( LEGO 40120: Seasonal Valentine's Day Dinner. ) Tabby nailed it, sold 7 in the last 2 days on Amazon for £29.99 each. Glad I bought about 20 of them.

Silver Centurion i asked for at Gamestop and he just handed me.

$44 Amazon Merchant. Was only one selling it.

I might try moving my 2 Silver Centurions to Amazon FBM too ... listed on ebay currently $35 w free shipping and apart from someone from Indonesia asking if I would ship them to him for free, no bite. On the same token - what's with this Qiyun and having an entire section with separate listings for common items? http://www.amazon.com/Qiyun-Marvel-Silver-Centurion-Polybag/dp/B01BGE20LK

Loving this ... Listed one of mine (as the only seller apart from this Qiyun thingy) at 11pm last night, sold by 6am this morning for $49.99 (!!). Second one is up now :)

Make that 2 ... and cherry on the cake, both to the same buyer (someone is thinking this is the next Mr Gold?) so I can combine shipment (received $9.50 from uncle Amazon, spent $2.70 on shipping).

You inspired me. I grabbed two more today for free (one was already open and is for the wife and daughter) and I put the other on Amazon. This will (fingers crossed) be my first sale on Amazon. It's down to me and the guy for over $60...

 On FaceBook  virtual yardsale

9516 Jabba's Palace, 9496 Desert Skiff and a 75005 Rancor Pit for $275

Your FB yard sale sight is far more sophisticated than mine. I use mine to move sub-RRP priced sets and still get low-balled or ignored.

I sold one too similar price amazon. Someone probably piecing together a market square? I'll take it, sat there for a long time

Maybe so, mine had been sitting there for a while too.

Plenty of low ballers here as well. I've just started to list more LEGO on FB yard sale as CL is getting annoying with the no shows....

It's obnoxious, but I make good returns on smaller things where margins would be eaten by shipping and fees.

1x 10241 Maersk Triple E for €255,- incl. shipping (€6,95).

Transaction with 'Marktplaats' (dutch Ebay), so no fees...

I sold 3 Silver Centurion polybags for $92.25. Sold them within 20 minutes of listing them.

$92.25 each or as a bundle of 3?

As a bundle. Well, they were listed as a buy it now separately but the guy bought all 3 at once. I'm glad he did because it cuts down on shipping costs. I am very, very happy about this. It's nice when things work out.

Cupid dog x3 $19.99 amazon, 2 paid $9 for expedited shipping (first class is 2 days anyways).

now watch out on that and mail priority.

yes understanding is that its only processing not the shipping but customer do expect them in 2-3 business day. which means that there is higher chance of Return and complain if it does not reach by their expected date. just saying based on my experience in FBMs.

officially first class is considered standard not expedited by amazon .

i have sent 100s of items first class purchased as expedited and had zero complaints or seller dings.

i stopped offering expedited shipping now because it was a profit killer shipping heavier sets to the west coast  - the differential between the standard and priority amazon fee wouldn't make up for it.

Now I  SmartpostTM.
