Sold my last couple 4204 Mine at $90 on Craigslist.  Buy in was $30 at Target, so did ok, but this set has floundered since it crawled back to RRP.

Finalized my bulk lot as well by selling remaining figures(50, mostly Star Wars) for $200, Agents sets for $45, and an 8038/7666 combo for $170.

Some new sets on ebay sold was a Delorean/RI/Exo-Suit bundle for $180 and 6860/6857/76000 bundle for $180.

Great sale on the hydra fortress smash - nice to be able to unload those so quickly after Lego LEGO Shop at Home sales.

Are you keeping any for long term selling?

I only have 3-4 left, currently listed on eBay. So.....whenever they go....they're gone. .

Has anyone tried pairing a GBH with a HT?  I bet that has solid gold written all over it.  Unfortunately, I only have one of each, and my wife has claimed them.  But, i'd be tempted to list them like that.

that is the plan when the 3 GBH's i ordered get here.

opened & built the 1 that i ordered during the double VIP.

box  was MINT - wife and daughters declared mutiny when I suggested we wait until the second batch arrive to open the most damaged box...

Looks cool next to the walmart version of the real thing.  down to the white baseplate.

These GBH selling prices are insane.

The set is for sale on Briclink at 20E and there's 250 of them in stock!

Why aren't people arbitraging this?

Sweet, sold 2 GH overnight on Amazon, each for $94 plus $5 shipping. $81 leftover after fees.

It's a bit odd.  I searched Amazon for it and it showed $59.99 with Prime free shipping.  Clicked on it and it was $89.95.  Logged into Prime account and it was $59.99.

Nice, I guess they missed the dozens that were priced $70-75? :)

I think people underestimate the number of Amazon customers that burn money for firewood.  When my wife shops for stuff on Amazon, she searches for it, clicks the buy button, and is done.  There's no checking for better prices from other listings on Amazon, let alone a simple Google or eBay search to see if she can get it 40% cheaper somewhere else.  This illustrates the importance of having the 'Buy box'.

Yeah, I always price my stuff based on the buy box plus "side box." Even if you're on the side box, it seems a percentage of people will click on your "add to cart," almost regardless of pricing. I basically ignore the non-buy-box prices.

Yes if anyone was curious... Amazon is where the stupid money is. (as I like to tell people) For what ever reason people will pay a premium to shop on Amazon than deal with eBay.

GBH is a checkPrime._CB336387061_.png (sorry) example.
