What Lego set did you sell today and for how much?

Have sold some more used sets from the giant lot I've been going through.  Piles don't seem to be getting a whole lot smaller, either.  Recently went through Aqua Raiders, Prince of Persia, Space Police, Agents, Mars Mission.  You know, the jewels of any collection.  Working on City sets right now.  The good thing about this taking up all my free selling time is that I've been away from the stockroom wondering what I can sell next and leaving it alone for awhile.

I am doing the same now. I sorted all the common parts and now go through the instructions (parts list on last page) one by one. Till now everything looks pretty complete.

The most difficult thing for me is to identify the windows, wheels and tires of the vehicles. It is pretty confusing to see which ones you need.

Going through Indiana Jones tires was a pain because they used different tires in different sets and there are little subtle differences in them from set to set.

For things that are 75% built, would you recommend breaking down and clean up the bricks with the rest of the lot, or finding the other 25% of bricks and clean separately as a complete set ?

Totally depends on the value of the set and what you're needing.  On a set that is worth, say, $20 on ebay, I give up and dump the parts back in the bins.  The figures will get me some value but overall it's not worth it.  The the lot I'm currently on, I needed a bunch of parts for Green Grocer and ponied up over $100 to finish the set, but sold it for $775, so it was worth the investment.  My biggest issue has been stickers and finding them if needed since most of what I'm working on is from the 2005-2010 era, all 4 number sets save for exclusives.

I always break everything into single pieces. Wash and dry. Sort. Then collect all the pieces per set. Finally build it.

Did another quarterly 'cleaning' of sets to free up space.    Lots / some of The Swamp Creature, Orc Forge, Batwing Over Gothum City, Bat vs. Ban Tumbler Chase, Spideman SpiderCycle and Malibu Mansion sets.  Had a Chima Lion Temple, Wolverine/ Deadpool set, Palpatine's Shuttle, The Gatehouse Raid and King's Castle.  It was a win - win for me and the buyer.  $3100 shipped.

Pics 1 and 2 fit in the same box.  All pics taken before packing material and inner cardboard braces were used.
