Here's an oldie, but appropriate for upcoming Black Friday:

60026 Town Square - bought for $75 at TRU on Black Friday 2013. Sold this week for $185.  Doubled my money.

I love that set! Still wondering myself why I bought only one of these. It is getting pretty scarce now.

Bought a lot of 2001 Harry Potter back last Feb or so, with the plans to move it around Christmas season. Everything was complete with boxes and instructions, very little play time, excellent condition sets and figs. So here we are, and little did I know back then, but we have a new Harry Potter themed film out so the timing is optimal. I paid $400 cash locally for 9 sets. I have not sold the 4712, 4722, or 4706 yet. Since I listed on Monday, sales on ebay have gone nicely:

4723 Diagon Alley Shops - $60 + shipping

4704 Chamber of Winged Keys - $60 + shipping

4702 Final Challenge - $50 + shipping

4705 Snape's Class - $50 + shipping

4735 Slytherin - $40 + shipping

4709 Hogwarts - $340 + shipping

Also a couple little used Star Wars sets in between the Harry Potter frenzy:

7115 Gungan Patrol -$25 + shipping

7663 Sith Infiltrator - $37.50 + shipping

I had really hoped November sales would pick up. Looks like they have done!

Someone actually paid $250US plus shipping for this?  That's WAY over market value and must be a Canadian buyer.  Good for you.

It always helps when "complete" is actually complete because some of the HP parts and minifigures go for $30-60 Canadian.

I thought it was WAY over market value too, until I did some research. I'm not sure if was improperly reported due to some exclusions last time the brickfolio updated. However, if you check 4709 under sold listings, several have gone at $375ish over the past couple of weeks! I priced low since I was missing the instructions on that one. The fact it sold within 2 days tells me I could've priced higher! Still very satisfied either way, buy-in for that one was $160, so even after fees, I'm basically doubling up! :)

Are you making good money on these?  Just wondering since FBA prices are still pretty low.
