Sauromosis Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 Bought a craigslist lot...many bricks marked on with permanent marker. Is there anything I can soak them in or something? Figured someone would know, thanks! Quote
Migration Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 I've used a little WD-40 to clean before. Spray a small amount on a cloth and wipe the bricks off. Gets tedious if you have a lot to do. Wash with soapy water when you are done. Quote
@rtisan Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 That`s a shame, have to invest more time before you can sell. Some people... I've used a little WD-40 to clean before. You`ve got me wanting to try it out now! Quote
Migration Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 I'm not sure of the long term affect it may have on the plastic, but it's worked well thus far. Really good at old sticker goo. Quote
Bob Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 I used white vinegar and it cleaned the bricks very well. Quote
Sauromosis Posted January 5, 2014 Author Posted January 5, 2014 Thanks for the great responses! I'm pretty much done with craigslist now, too many liars telling me their sets are complete or outright scammers trying to steal my money. Quote
