I was doing the same thing but probably won't go too far out of my way at that price. Its a good deal, but nothing crazy. Quote

legopocalypse Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 I agree and never said it was a spectacular deal, just posted what I found....geez. I've already sold a few myself on amazon during the holidays at almost $100 a pop. Will sell the others near that and whatever doesn't sell will sell for more once it EOL's, a popular theme, iconic scene, etc. 2 Quote
Achilles Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 If your target happens to have them, the batmobile polybags are $2. Quote

I wanted to buy some of his bulk legos .. but he said all or nothing ( ya right, because who spends 25k on craigslist). People get shot and robbed for alot less. Quote

Yeah and maybe you can flip it for 40k quick to the next guy who can then flip it for 50K. Then we make a pyramid!!! Quote
Ed Mack Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 I think many of you are forgetting the power of "gift cards." Over 30 BILLION dollars of gift cards were sold this XMAS. Why would any reatiler discount quality items heavily when they know people will be coming in with "free money" and sales won't matter as much. Quote

Easy solution - bring four friends that each have a $5,000 check (along with your $5k check) and make sure all four are packing heat. Strength in numbers. Quote

Hothworld Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 Just checked my local Walmart and nothing. A year ago on the 26th I spent over 5 grand in one day hitting up Walmarts all over the area. What a disappointment. Quote

No rocket launchers needed to be able to leave home with some peace of mind lol, the rest is just a Bonus! Quote
