kunfuzd
Lego freebies measure 5.5x4.5x2.5". Anybody have problems using 8.5x11" bubble mailers? Or would you recommend small boxes...
justafrog
Are you talking about boxed freebies like the holiday sets, or bagged freebies like the Mini VW? For boxed freebies, do NOT use bubble mailers. The USPS or any other shipping company will squash the boxes and often burst them open and your customers, even the ones who just intend to build, will not be happy. For polybags, I have good success in shipping in bubble envelopes (I wrap in an extra layer of bubble wrap).

I will seek out some small boxes from Staples...
MartinP
For the boxed ones, use some sort of small box, and for the polybags, it is okay to use the bubble mailers. The polybags are flat enough to be sent undamaged.
