I have been browsing dutch version of eBay and I have been trying a New Way of searching. I look for sets without numbers or price. This seems to indicate that the seller is not knowing about the value of 1975 lego sets.

Some sellers really don't know what they have. Is buying a 140 usd set for 32 usd good or bad ethically ?

Depends on what you think good and bad is. That looks similar to prices that I would find on craigslist. They are really low because people do not know what the actual value of the set is.
