While bargain hunting I ran across a few Mountain Huts (31025) at a Wally World for $25. I didn't realize they could be had online for $30 pretty easily, so I scooped them up. I won't be returning them, but WOW this set is HEAVY for the box size. 550 pieces in a $40 package, it feels like a brick when you pick it up. Probably the most "dense" set (non-Arch) I've ever come across.

unfortunately of the creator line; the mountain hut set is lacking in "wow" factor really.  For investment I personally pass on this one.  it's not in the same league as family house imo.
