I'm sorry but I just have to...

attachicon.gifArmchairQuarterback.jpg

Russell Wilson was intercepted on just 1.5% of his passes this year, completed 63% of them and had a TD to interception ratio of almost 3-to-1. We're on Brickpickers and not playing or coaching in the superbowl for a reason. #justsayin

these odds and ratios sound nice but how about the fact that Russell Wilson fumbles more then any qb in the league. Yupp he's number one.

Or put alclthese stats against lynch who never fumbles loses balls drags tacklers etc. Lynch was better option.

He was 12/20 prior to the interception. Again, failure to pivot.

That's 60%? His season average was 63% .. if he'd completed the pass, he would have been 13/21 and 62%.

All I'm saying is that I love reading how everyone on a Lego forum knows better. Makes my day a little more cheerful after Target started their "going out of business clearance" at 10-20-30% off in store. Now THAT's something to complain about.

Sign me up for the pissed at the throw call.  Mostly bitter because it cost me $100.  I had money on a strip card (not a jenna jiggler) which if you don't know preassigns numbers 0-9 to 10 different people.  I had 9 which if they had scored the TD and kicked an extra point would have happened and I would have won a hundred bucks.  Also I had $20 on the Seahawks converting a 4th down attempt so if they had gone for it twice and failed then got in on 4th that would have been the ultimate win for me!

Then as a goof later decided to play some Casino War and LOST TEN HANDS IN A ROW!  Not an exaggeration and also seemingly mathematically impossible!

I bought in for a hundred bucks and won the first hand.  Then never won again and lost all my money (made two $15 bets instead of the usual $10 along the way).  Unreal.  Vegas vacation doesn't lie, stay away from War.

But he didn't fumble did he? Or did I miss that play? That kind of stat is pretty irrelevant <see, this is why you don't coach in the NFL :taunt:>.

Don't get me wrong, I would have run the ball too... If a running back can't get 1 yard no matter how good the defence is, then your o-line sucks or your rb sucks.

If he completed the pass, nobody would have cared one way or the other.

99% of the time I agree with you, armchair quarterbacking is wrong and hindsight makes 100% of those people right. However, more food for thought:

For 2014 Lynch had a 5.0 yards / attempt average. 4.3 in the SB.

On a throw I never would have thought it would be intercepted, but it had a 40% chance to be a wasted down AND it would stop the clock, preserving a NE timeout.

So statistically you have a 100% success play vs a 60% success play. Failure of the 100% play at least hurts NE with a TO while the 60% play does not.

I'm with Tony on this completely. Adapt to the situation. They should have. No matter who your quarterback is- epic risk in tossing the rock with the stakes being so high.

When Lynch is in the backfield- change your plan. Adapt, deliver.

On a different note... Sroster.... ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Purple Rain picture, LMAO.

My Wife rags on me all the time for loving that song, then forcing the kids to watch parts of the movie which has been on my DVR for the last eight months thanks to VH1. Classic- and very well played.

Migration... a fair point, but to each their own!! We pay a couple hundred bucks a year with Direct TV to get the "NFL Sunday Ticket", so I can watch- in painstaking detail- my beloved Denver Broncos fall short year after year.

I know soccer is the #1 sport world-wide, and I wouldn't knock it- but it is not for me. Different flavors, I suppose... but I loves me some NFL football.

I don't get why otherwise rational adults get so worked up watching millionaires toss around an under inflated piece of leather.

same could be said about otherwise rational adults getting worked up about whether a set is retiring or not and when it is retiring and spending countless minutes / hours on this process.

and spending thousands of dollars on a thing we call a hobby / business where others might think we're crazy

Everyone has there passions and likes.

I still prefer deflated balls as opposed to under inflated leather lol

I'm from L.A. We don't even have a team and as long as I lived in Atlanta I never really cared for it so no to the Falcons. My college didn't have a team either, until last year. Hell, I haven't had true cable in almost 8 years, just the $10 basic for local. I would drop it as well, but every time I try Comcast extends a promo for Internet so that I would pay more if I dropped it.

ha we should have a complaint thread just for comcast and Verizon. I've had a house land line for years. Never used it. Last check I have like 200 messages. All telemarketing.

If I cancel I actually Pay more for Internet and cable. Speaking of cable I only have it for sports. Thought about canceling. When I had this conversation last week they gave me another 100 channels for free.

Like great... thanks More stuff I won't use. My solution was wait, all I watch is shark tank, wrestling and baseball really. The former can be watched through other means.

So I pay for cable to watch one sport. My solution was to cancel pay for MLB package through xbox. But then I will get every game but the one I care about as it blacks out your local market.

If anyone has any works arounds to this I'm all ears. I really hate cable companies despite investing in them and making money off of them.

Did a trade with some guy on a Lego trading group for a minifigure, and the package shows up as delivered, but I can't find it at all. The trader had perfect feedback on over 30 trades, so I'm guessing that it was stolen or something. Dang... I really wanted that minifigure too...

When the clip of Superbowl ads recreated in LEGO gets taken down from YouTube because quote "This video has been removed as a violation of YouTube's policy against spam, scams, and commercially deceptive content." ....What the f***?! Commercially deceptive?!

bad in the I'm tired of packing sense!

And I thought that my packing day was rough today.

How many hours of packing up is that?

And I thought that my packing day was rough today.

How many hours of packing up is that?

about 7-8 hours because of a lot of big stuff

Can do the all the smalls in an hour or two.  The left stuff is the bulky stuff that requires more packing / wrapping etc.
