I wind up going to Starbucks because other people are going to starbucks. I order ice tea. I finish my iced tea in about 5 seconds because the amount of ice is ridiculous. I still say, order it the way you want it. if it's wrong, have them make it again. Corporate policy may dictate a general guideline for the proper amount of ice, but they will do less if asked. Suing because you don't know how to order the drink you want is childish and foolish. I had something that was 11x13x5 and it was 4lbs, but I had to pay 6 lbs weight since they have dimensional rules even for smaller boxes like that.
