Expand chances are certain bags may be missing. in reality if that's the case then its for the entire batch. its very less likely that bags go missing on random sets. only reason that may have happened is someone took them out. i personally weigh each and every set as soon as its bought. ( these days can't trust amazon and target packaging/repackaging. ) that way there is no "doubt" and "suspicion". i have had about 5% of amazon and target purchases that have more than 3oz variation and i don't even bother opening them. just return them. chances are these sets are being played with by "not sure who".
