Bought some boxes on eBay. I wanted 20x12x3" boxes, which the title said. After receiving the tiniest batch of boxes ever, I reviewed the listing.

Not sure how I overlooked the description, maybe bought through mobile app that hides it, but is this SNAD if title is wrong but desc is correct? ha

Meanwhile, I got a SNAD case for selling a Spiderman polybag saying it doesn't match the pic/desc (totally false) and have to pay return shipping.

Best of both worlds!

I would vote SNAD. You buy off the title not the fine print...

Just got this message "We received ours in time, however it is missing bags of pieces  numbered 10 and 4. My Grandson was disappointed, he cannot finish the set. The box was sealed."

what is the chances you get 2 missing bags out of 12 from 75919 IR?

I just had 2 missing bags out of 9 from a cargo train that I purchased. It is quite possible.

chances are certain bags may be missing.

in reality if that's the case then its for the entire batch. its very less likely that bags go missing on random sets. only reason that may have happened is someone took them out.

i personally weigh each and every set as soon as its bought. ( these days can't trust amazon and target packaging/repackaging. ) that way there is no "doubt" and "suspicion". i have had about 5% of amazon and target purchases that have more than 3oz variation and i don't even bother opening them. just return them. chances are these sets are being played with by "not sure who".

Sellers who undercut a retired item selling for $50 by $10. Brilliant.

That and the fact that I really don't understand sarcasm. At all.

I agree with the 1st part. 100%. I will never get that. Why on earth do you need to leave that much money on the table. Especially, when there are so many other people jumping through hoops for $5...

The 2nd part, I don't understand...

The funny thing is, I never go below the lowest price.  I try to either match or add 10%.  I'm not sure why undercutting has to be so drastic.

I actually am at an actual loss for actual words. That has never actually happened to me before. Maybe there is something actually wrong with me. I should actually go see an actual doctor about this. Hopefully I can actually find an actual hospital nearby. Time to actually get off my actual butt to actually put some actual fuel in my actual car and actually take an actual drive down the actual road.

Wasted time looking at a bin of loose Lego that the Craigslist seller said was "clean" when I asked. Damn pieces had stains and juice spots on them! It's not my first time being burned like this, but it still upsets me.
