Interestingly enough, Brickset is showing it as retired as of 21 Nov for UK only.

Brickset shows the last availibility on LEGO Shop at Home (the day it became "sold out"), not the "retirement date" of the set. :)

If the AA comes back in the UK, it will change again into "now".

I could see them pulling it once the tumbler production catches up. One big batman set is probably enough.

I don't think so because they are so different... It's like comparing the SSD and the Ewok Village... hmmm... no, afterthought it's even more different, because the tumbler is about Nolan's movie, and the AA is not.

Checking back on the Reddit thread, confirms that LEGO Shop at Home is listing AA as Sold Out in the UK, and not Retired, as the Reddit OP stated.

I wouldn't wait if you are interested in picking this up.  This is a sign.

Received a call from lego regarding my AA order today and they do not have ANY left in their warehouse. I even asked if it will come back and the sales rep said now. So it is official it is done..

Time to buy some more :):heat:

I ordered 1 set Monday and 2 yesterday from Lego Shop.  Both orders said shipped.  I'm excited to get them.  I do have to give my son 1 for Christmas though.  Pains me to see him open a set that could be worth a lot in the upcoming months.  But, they are for the kids after all!!
