Alpinemaps Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Zombies should be somehow involved... My wife wants to rebuild the HH as a Friends HH. I could totally see Zombie versions of those characters! Quote
Darth_Raichu Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Zombies should be somehow involved... As long as they put bows on the zombies' heads and/or butts. The bows make tigers and bears cute and cuddly, why not put them on zombies Quote
mcortez Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Friends High School and Monster Fighter's mash-up to target the Monster High fans? My grand daughter can't get enough of monster high right now, so much so that she didn't ask for any LEGOs this last Christmas (not that that stopped us from buying her some LEGO...) Quote
TheOrcKing Posted March 12, 2014 Posted March 12, 2014 We finally have a glimpse as to what the series rounding off the year of 2014 with is well as a release date which for some reason is exactly the same time Series 5 will be available. I would guess the pushed releases has to do with The Lego Movie. Quote
waddamon Posted March 12, 2014 Posted March 12, 2014 I feel good about all the retired stuff, along with olivias house and the riding camp in general. These seem like a deviation from that baseline theme. I plan to sell all my friends stuff except the large sets when they hit double retail. Grown men will not be buying this stuff 5 years from now like they would a batcave or modular. Quote

I'm spending good money on eBay completing my childhood collection of strawberry shortcake dolls. Do a search for "Party Pleaser Strawberry Shortcake". But yeah I agree that the recent Friends sets lack the substance of the Wave 1 sets. Quote
exciter1 Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 I did see Flower Stand (30112) and Stephanie's Bakery Stand (30113) at Wal-Mart today for $3.97 each. Don't pay Target's high prices on these. If I've learned one thing, I'm waiting for clearance prices to buy any Friends polybags. Quote

kit Posted March 27, 2014 Posted March 27, 2014 I have been looking at my walMart. all week for the Polybags and I have not seen any. I ask someone about them and was told they might not have them any more if they did not have them out. I sure hope they do get them back in. Quote

mcortez Posted March 27, 2014 Posted March 27, 2014 What's with all the tree houses lately? Didn't'cha know, Tree Houses are in vogue -- they've got their own TV shows these days: http://www.animalplanet.com/tv-shows/treehouse-masters Quote

@rtisan Posted March 27, 2014 Posted March 27, 2014 So, Olivia Tree Hose profit projections gonna take a hit? Damn, I hope not. I`ve got 20. This one is superior looking which will more than likely mean a hit. Quote
TheOrcKing Posted March 28, 2014 Posted March 28, 2014 Ah fudge, here we go with the tree houses again.... 1 Quote

kit Posted March 28, 2014 Posted March 28, 2014 Have you checked the girl's section of the Easter section? I did not look in the easter section. I will look and see if they have any in that part. did not even think to look in that part of the store. Quote
kit Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 I went and my store did not have a section just for gils in the easter section. Quote
Noodlenut Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 I went and my store did not have a section just for gils in the easter section. That's weird. My Walmart had a whole isle loaded with easter-themed pink stuff. That's where I found them. If you're looking to buy some, I've seen the bakery and flower stand on eBay for $5.25 with free shipping and the princess one for $8.25, also with free shipping. Quote
TheOrcKing Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 Well the other day I had found Series 4 of the Friends Collectables at both Wal-Mart and Target getting myself a complete set. I like the look and what is offered with these ones the best so far and I couldn't be happier with the reduced $3.99 for each. Hopefully Lego will keep the lower price for later series'. 1 Quote
