Bsusanka
According to ablogtowatch.com, the watches are about 40mm and there are pictures of at least 10 different combinations. It will be interesting to see one in person.

Unfortunately, they are still made of plastic, but I'm still hoping that they are made of something more durable than the ones that they currently sell. Those links break off really fast! Bsusanka
You would need to be a very big lego fan to wear some of those watches....
comicblast
Another update - the LEGO Watch/Clock website is live! I don't know if this is a new site, but it is the official LEGO one. They have an advertisement up for LEGO Watch Systems, so I'm guessing that all the products will be launched via this site. No other details, but we should expect the watches sometime soon, as the Brick Fan talked about a November release.

lowillsw
Unless the watch is automatic and be 7.5k or above, it will not hold its value. It's worse than buying a car. Taking a pass.
exciter1
So, what's up with LEGO not including full-size minifigs with their watch line nowadays? Do you see any future value in those little itty bitty minifigs they include now? The Luke and Darth Vader watches were decent flips if you could find them for $5 - $7. They are probably getting tired of parents calling them for replacement minifigs after the kids missplace them. Lol those 2 are $25 at S @ H. I could have sworn they were $20 last year

I miss the Commander Cody watch that I scored a bunch of for $5. I would flip the fig for $15 and the watch for $10. Good times. I remember the old Vader was a different print and would bring about $20.
