Scissorino
Now this isn't my project, and I wouldn't usually post about a project (because if we did that there would be innumerable threads on here!) but this one has caught my attention! I'm not even sure how far-reaching Pingu was/is but it was definitely important in my childhood - it was a cartoon my younger siblings liked that I also, being older, could see was funny and enjoyable. Anyways, this project captures the essence of Pingu PERFECTLY! http://lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/49930 have a watch for a laugh: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3FnErsFpi3s
comicblast
Sorry, but I really have no idea what Pingu is. It looks pretty cool though, and I would probably buy it for the igloo and that great-looking snow-mobile. Not sure what to say about the penguins though. Guest eightbrick
Sorry, but I really have no idea what Pingu is. It looks pretty cool though, and I would probably buy it for the igloo and that great-looking snow-mobile. Not sure what to say about the penguins though. It's a claymation series. I still have one of them on VHS somewhere in my basement lol. I definitely remember watching it as a kid, but it wasn't my favorite or anything. Still, cool project (NPI)! gwilkx
Honestly, it's a pretty funny show, although very annoying at the same time. It's on Netflix and my youngest loves it. We would definitely buy this set (though more likely we'll just build it from out parts library :)
seapotato
Omg I LOVE Pingu! I'd totally buy this, it looks very well made.
MartinP
It looks very interesting, but I do not know what Pingu is. I would probably buy the set for the igloo if they make the set.
TheDarkness
It still gets shown on TV here and my kids love it.
boxofcorey
No idea what it is. But if they made it, I'd be forced to buy it.. the wife loves penguins.
akohns
My 3 year old son would watch this show and only squawk like a bird instead of talking after watching this show on Netflix. We had to put a stop to it because it was driving my wife and I crazy.
TheOrcKing
I had heard of Pingu but never actually watched it before which is odd for me since I have always been very particular to claymation. It's funny how despite them talking in gibberish it does at times sound like an actual language. I think I already came across this CUUSOO and thought it was kind of cute.
