stackables Posted September 26, 2013 Author Posted September 26, 2013 2k got back to me and I tried most of their suggestions. Basically the told me to turn off all other programs and lower sound acceleration. The rest was standard troubleshooting (upgrade drivers, etc). I also uninstalled and reinstalled steam and the game to the same drive © and that didn't work. Still cannot get passed the initial 2k intro. Worst part about this, is I upgraded my pc to play this. Super mad right now Quote

stackables Posted September 27, 2013 Author Posted September 27, 2013 I did a complete uninstall of steam using revo uninstaller and restarted. Steam still will not update. I am almost out of patience with this entire process. Quote
stackables Posted September 28, 2013 Author Posted September 28, 2013 I read something about editing the Xengine.ini. I did a search for the file and I couldn't find it. Could this be the cause of my problem. Not sure what that file even does. Quote
stackables Posted September 28, 2013 Author Posted September 28, 2013 I moved "my documents" folder and I think that maybe causing problems. Anyone know how to move the folder back to its default location? I have a strong feeling that files are not being put in their correct location. Quote
