Rich B
Hey all, I'm currently in the process of collecting all the Batman minifigures from current Batman sets, all the way back to the older sets from the past. I was just curious if anyone out there knew how many different Batman minifig variations exist, as well as which are the most valuable/rare? I'm also curious to know how many different Robins, Jokers, and Bane's, etc. there are? I know Brickset.com has a lot of this, but they don't have the values. I figured someone out there might happen to collect these minifigs as well and might have an idea of what all is out there, or know a website that has the complete list of them. Is Brickset.com my best bet?
CelesAurivern
Are you serious? You're collecting and you don't know about Bricklink?

Rich B
I'm just looking for somewhere that has them listed separately with the values for each. Not necessarily one single website where I can purchase them, like Brinklink, eBay, amazon, etc. Does Brinklink have this stuff listed? Huskers1236
You can catalog the minifigures to see which ones are needed for your collection, so that would take care of knowing which have variations, though the early Batman really didn't have much of that, like, say Star Wars does, where Luke or Anakin have 30 freaking variations. As for values, I would do a completed auction search of Ebay to see what recent sales have been to gauge what you will probably have to spend on a new or used minifigure. Best of luck. Ed Mack
What you seek is not available at this time. There are just too many variations, of too many minifigures that don't have a LEGO number to classify them with. If minifigures had a number like the sets do, it would be easy to come up with a price guide. Most people don't even know what variation of a particular minifigure they have. Bricklink is the closest thing you will have to a complete list of minifigures and some sort of price guide and even that is not accurate. Rich B
Thanks Huskers and Ed, yeah not having a number like the sets sure makes it tough.
