It is the same used for the Chase McCain preorder at Target last year which makes me think this is attached to something like a VIP card or giftcard perhaps. Quote

Interesting, but LEGO doesn't do enough with the minifigure to make it worth very much. For example, the LEGO Club Max polybag is actually worth something because Max plays a role in the magazines. To be honest, I wouldn't mind a Red Rabbit polybag from the DUPLO link... Quote

An enclosed note explained that the minifigure is a "thank you" gift in conjunction with the launch of the mobile site. Quote

I doubt this will be a high-demand polybag, just because the minifigure doesn't really have anything special about it. I'm guessing below $15 will be where it levels out at. Quote
