I think that is a smart buy. The Death Star(10188) had been around for years and is probably going to be discontinued soon. With all those pieces and mini figures, it is one of the best STAR WARS Lego sets out there IMO.

I received 2 IS as well. 1 of the items has hole on its back (picture is on my flicker page). Amazon told me they could send new item or they can make 15% discount (27E). I was planning on building one of them and then sold it as used. I wonder would it be smarter to settle with the discount or will the damaged box reduce the resale price more than 27E?

If you are going to build one, then take the refund. Once a set is built and used, a minor mark on the box will not be worth as much as a 15% refund now.
