Hi all,

A question for those who have build Diagon Alley. Are the 3 buildings completely separate as packed? Meaning if you build Olivander's wand shop first, should you have any leftover pieces for the next two buildings?

I am curious as I bought a semi-used one off of Craigslist the other day - Olivander's was built, and is 100% complete, but the other two buildings were never opened from their bags or constructed. Trying to decide if I want to sell some of them solo - like just sell Gringotts by itself, etc.

Any help appreciated.

From what I remember each building was in it's own bag/bags.  I don't believe I had any leftover pieces from one bag to the next.  All of those are a great build and fun to display!

You can look up the directions on the lego site, you should be able to tell. I'm guessing each building is its own bag, but there may be a few large pieces that were in their own bag.

Just look at the pictures at the beginnings of the sections in the instruction manual, you'll have to eyeball a little bit but that's the only way to find out.

Probably better off just selling the set as a whole either way, it's a pretty easy sell right now.

Just completed this set and each building came in its own set of bags with no overlap. You should be able to sell individual buildings without a problem.

I've also got this set at home and I do recall the buildings being separately bagged.

There is not one bag that contains all minifigures, some figures come with the bank, some with mr. Olivanders shop etc.
