cursor problem?

does anyone else have a problem getting their cursor where they want it especially on mobile phones or tablets? I only have this problem on this site so I know its not my phone or tablet. I know 0 about computer programming but it this causing the issue? Does anyone even know what I'm talking about.......I feel like I'm not describing it accurately.

I can't talk about mobile phone as my crappy Blackberry barely makes it to Google. Regarding tablets, I have had no problems with my iPad. It may be related to your browser, which one are you using from each device?

Well I thought that might have been it but it happens with internet explorer as well Firefox and chrome so not sure what the problem could be.

Maybe it's your phone. Time to upgrade maybe??? lol nope. The only thing that fascinates me more than LEGOs is cell phones/tablet technology.... .I have to have the latest and greatest! Its a financial curse!
