I just sold through what I could and would wait. I also had several suppressed that I wasn't even contacted for.

there was a thread in the amazon forums about this and apparently they want the documents in a  specific format 1 person had a formula that worked  and others that followed it also reported success  just search the forums for lego products flagged and within the thread i think it was message 38

This one is interesting: B00MJYDDCW    LEGO Minecraft 21118 The Mine (Discontinued by manufacturer)?

It was flagged in April, but survived the boom this morning.

I saw a couple of those too.

I had 18 that were flagged in the e-mails I received in April but are still active today. Don't know if that means another round is coming.

You may be right.  Of 96 flagged in April, 56 survived and 40 went down.  At first glance, I see no rhyme or reason to the sorting.

Is this the article you are referring to? (I took out all personal info)

Okay, so the latest update for us is that I responded to 4 cases requesting the CPC stuff. All 4 cases they responded asking for pictures and the actual testing report. All 4 I sent pictures and the LEGO CPC for each. All 4 they declined and said I still need the actual report. I reached out to LEGO and they said they only give the report to retail sellers. I reached out to EE to see if they could get he report and I have not heard back from them.

However, I decided to try sending the pictures and the CPC up front on a LEGO Minecraft set, since they had asked for pictures on the other 4 after I submitted the CPC. Oddly enough, this set came back approved. Which doesn’t make sense, since I have sent Amazon the exact same information for the other 4 sets, but I sent them in two different messages.

If anyone else is trying this, maybe try sending the pictures and the CPC in your first contact back. Here is what my message said (and of course, it could just depend on who is helping me).

Hi, I received notice that some of my Legos need updated safety documents. Please see the attached for ASIN B075RDWR3NMy store name is

“ABC”.
My Email is.......
My Seller ID is......
Please find the CPC and pictures for ASIN B075RDWR3N attached below.

I then attached 2 pictures of the product- 1 picture that shows the address of the manufacturer and 1 picture showing the safety labels.

I used the template suggested above to request several listings be reinstated last night.  Most were turned back on overnight.

it in all  probability didn't fix itself somebody sent in documents and that turned on the listing for everyone   if you follow the template you should be able to get all your listings back on

Sorry if this has been addressed and I’m missing it. Some of my listings are older sets that don’t have CPCs but instead COCs. Everything I see seems to indicated COCs won’t be accepted. That said it looks like one older listing was reinstated.

Any insight/suggestions?

Thanks!

I successfully cleared an ASIN overnight, using the template posted above.  Thanks, all!

I plan to submit a few more this weekend.  My read is that we have 30 days to do so.  Can anyone confirm that from the last round?

When I send in an ASIN for the first time that has this issue will I get a warning message when I enter it in SC? Or do I send it in and wait to see if it's flagged and then address it? Thanks!

The ASIN currently flagged don't show up on any searches, and so you technically can't (or shouldn't be able to) add new inventory on those and send them in.

I added some items to inventory, after the Apr 4 message, that turned out to be flagged and disappeared on May 5.  I received zero emails about those ASIN being out of compliance.

If the item shows up on a search, and your are able to add it to inventory, you will probably be OK.  IFAIK, if it's later flagged, you should have 30 days to recall it.

If you stick with FBM, the only issue will be the listing goes dark.  HTH.

p.s. as a safety, you could take pics of the (1) UPC and (2) address portions of the box, including the item number and set number when possible.  Then, if they are flagged, you will have them to send in with the CPC cert that you can download from Lego.  All bases covered in that instance.
