Yes, you can ship freight.  It is cheaper if you're shipping a lot of inventory and are set up to pack your inventory on pallets.  I do some freight shipments and it's a handy way to go, but requires some additional equipment that you may not have lying around (i.e., pallet, pallet jack, stretch wrap).

What product category were you trying to get approved for?  This must be very new because I went through the approval process for watches a few weeks ago and was approved for the whole category.

Yes.  It wouldn't make a lot of sense to do it as a one-off unless you were looking to move A LOT of inventory in one shot.

I should have specified - gated brands. Star Wars: TFA, in this case. Though there are more and more gated brands in toys (Five Nights At Freddy's, go figure) so the counterfeiting issue must be hitting them hard in a lot of areas.

Approval for product categories remains unchanged from what I can tell - I've had no problems getting approved in clothing, jewelry, watches, handbags / accessories.

If there are other sellers, there is a price above them at which you lose the BB. Basic economic principles also say there is a price at which your sales fall off. Depending on how many you have left and how fast you want to sell them, raise the price and see what happens.

you are not the only FBA  .. you are the lowest amongst FBA  .. i am assuming there is a big difference between those statement

Bump it to one penny below the next highest FBA. For prime buyers convenience and shipping speed are the primary concern, price is only secondary. Raising the price will also encourage those who have it in their cart to purchase as they see the price trending up. Gets them every time

When selling through FBA, after you ship your inventory to the warehouse, does it remain segregated from other vedor's inventory? Do they add all of the like items from each vendor into a common stock pool?If you request your items back, are you guaranteed to get the exact items you sent in back?

you would need to choose between commingled or stickering - and thereby segregating-  your  items. each has its +/-

okay. thanks.part two.Let's say Amazon ships out your widget to Mr. Smith and it arrives broken. Mr. Smith returns the broken item. Who takes the hit on the damaged item? Seller, Amazon, split? Are these the items that end up on the AWD page?

it really depends on why Mr. Smith marked it for return .

So if the deposition is damaged in transit , Amazon will reimburse you.

if it is marked as item defective prior to shipping, those usually go 50/50 in my experience ( if you are found to be at fault i.e. customer damaged , u will need to recall and inspect , then decide if it is worth the fight with Amazon.

If a customer returns for any other reason ( change of heart, accidental order, found better price, ..... ) and it is marked as customer damaged, u will be responsible and repeat the recall procedure marked above.

Fba stands for fulfillment by Amazon . You ship your products to Amazon distribution centers and they handle the packing , shipping and CS on your behalf .

I've been reading through this thread and Amazon's seller pages. I am an Amazon seller in good standing (of books).

Since Lego products are gated, is having the requisite dealer letter or invoices the only way to get approved to sell Lego FBA?
