Found 4 newish polybags at Target on an end cap near Lego aisle:

30332 - Duplo My First Space Rocket

30413 - Friends Flower cart

30588 - Raya & Last Dragon (these are going fast)

30591 - Ninjago Titanium Mini Mech

The last one has been spotted elsewhere.  There were others in the endcap but are old news at this point (helicopter, german shepherd, etc).

Just found LEGO City Wildlife 30570 @ $4.99 on Target.com. Significant for me, since I immediately buy one of any polybag I don't have and I didn't have this one yet. Figured it's worth a mention.

30388 Imperial Shuttle - Mini polybag found in the Target Christmas section for $4.99.

Meijer Xmas Polybags...  Also had sign up for 30435 Harry Potter castle and a Technic one.
