Rather than dodgy this looks out of date. Listed Dec 2010. Was this set still available then? User last active Dec 2012.

 

I have had a look at some other random products for sale, some are current.

 

This site looks like you can buy anything from anywhere on it.

 

If you pay by credit card your money should be protected...

Yes, but usually the sellers in BL also give Paypal and other methods as alternatives. This one makes it clear they are only interested in those 2.

Thing is with western union you put money in and give pass to the guy and thats it you cannot do anything to retrieve it...

Exactly right.  Wiring money is a risk.  You're betting on the seller sending the merchadise.  I don't believe there's any protection for a buyer that wires money via Western Union.
