So this is a gift for yourself and not an investment?

Hmm. I'd try to get a LOTR Azog but I guess they are going for more than that. Maybe if enough of them show up at once the price will drop somewhat, but I guess it's doubtful.

Just looked, and there is an Azog with 3 bids for $1,275!! - oh well, i hope that would drop soon

White Boba Fett, it's right at your budget, it's getting rarer, and it's freaking awesome. If you're really treating yourself, buy a sealed one and open it B)

Diablo - i just opened one the other day lol - i was tired of looking for an opened one that was mint.

i also went ahead and opened one of my I <3 NY yoda's as well.

If I had $75 left in my budget for the month, and even though I don't really collect minifigs, do you think it would be a wise choice? I'm gonna open it, but I might eventually sell it, too.

(now you're giving me advice! Ole!)

This figure has shot up in value over the last few years. i would say that overall, this would be a good investment. for some reason, if this figure is 75 MIP - an opened one usually foes for about $60-70. it is for that reason i bought a sealed one, i figures for only 10 i wanted to be sure it was mint.
