sroster
Well just got my first return of the Xmas season. XXXmas I suppose. I have been selling Jenna Jameson bobbleheads (got a lot of them cheap) for some time now. Anyway, out of town for a bit so I cranked the prices on all my things as placeholders. Cranked the Jenna price from 8 bucks to about 29.99. Was shocked when one of them sold on Xmas eve. I was relishing the Xmas spirit and decided to send 3 of them to the guy since he paid a premium. Today got the refund request: Return reason: It's defective or doesn't work Comments: all three that you sent, I took the bra covering of and the breasts of the item were stained on all of them Yes, the breasts are stained, on all 3 of them. Including the two freebies I sent him. He opened all 3 up essentially ruining any resell value. Also somehow his request states that I should pay shipping but I specifically put in all auctions BUYER pays shipping. How do they even do that? I tried to politely tell him sorry that all these items including the TWO I SENT YOU FOR FREE weren't to your liking but I only accept returns on UNOPENED merchandise (this was written in the description plain as day). His response: it looks like the clothing that was covering the breast area stained though and onto the breasts because the covering was purple and the stain on the breasts are purple, I thought it may of been just the one so I opened the others, and I thought you should know too, if you have any open one and see for yourself, before you get anymore complaints,. My theory is he "stained the breasts" himself. So I offered him $10 refund and he keeps them. Really don't want to get stuck paying for shipping and refunding this clown in full. Gotta figure out how to block bidders, looks like this fool will be my first (of I'm sure many).

Yep, just Google "blocked bidder list", or here is the link: http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/manage_bidders_ov.html#block This is a funny one, but not for you. I'm not sure what concerns me most about this purchase. 1.) Why someone would buy that bobble head 2.) Why he was removing the bras 3.) hxckid88
Just got this constructo mech delivered from an eBay auction. Seller wrapped the box in tissue paper only. One layer. Box is soaked. Like completly water damaged as if box was held under water. The irony Is part of paper ripped from water and travel.... Exposing angry kitty.... I'm angry too. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Brickpicker mobile app This makes me angry too. I sent a guy a Best Offer specifically stating to ship the item inside a shipping box. Too funny, I've received 3 messages from him over 3 weeks saying he's still looking for a shipping box. How hard is it? I guess you can tell he didn't plan on shipping it inside a box in the first place.

justafrog
Three weeks? You're nicer than me. Yeah, nicer than me, too, by about 2 and 1/2 weeks. Rule #1: Don't list it until you have the materials in your hands to safely ship it. I don't even know what to say about tissue paper packaging. In winter no less. I may have to take up drinking.

hxckid88
To update my situation I contacted seller. He told. Me usps wrapped it. No apology or anything. I sent a long message that was very civil. Just asking what he would like to do... Return or that if accept a partial refund etc. Told me usps fault they wrapped it. Reslly?! Ignored my reply. So I opened my first snad case ever. Hate to do it but if one is not going to take responsibility well then I'm going for the throat. Negative feedback etc. The whole thing. LegoManiacc
It's one of those cases where I had zero expectations this guy would actually pull through, and he hasn't disappointed. To be completely fair, he would need a pretty big box for your purchase. I'm on your side though, kind of ruins the surprise otherwise:

I went to youtube and thought I would inject some hilarity and put in "niko love" to try to find one of niko's awesome love songs to cheer you up. What I found is something that now cannot be unseen and I apologize in advance for the atrocity I am now unleashing on this thread: Anyway, an update on the Jenna Jiggler. Seller accepted a $10 partial refund for the 3 pairs of stained breasts. Probably involved watching the video above somehow. Even after refund and even after considering I sent him 2 extra ones I sold them for what I normally do. I usually charge $7.95 each. Mr breast stain paid $29.95. So after refund I'm still doing well. Bought a lot of them from Entertainment Earth's 2013 90% off clearance, believe I paid 50 cents each. That's only 25 cents per stained boob.
