Most of them seem super soft spoken, shy and seem like they don't get out all that much. They should get actors to talk about their sets. Some videos are a little uncomfortable to watch for me. TheOrcKing Posted July 14, 2013 Share Posted July 14, 2013 I actually find them to be someone I can relate to and like seeing a 'normal' person talking about the product instead of sticking an actor in there as though it was another oddball commercial. I'll even admit I think Astrid Graabaek (the woman from the Palace Cinema designer video) is very beautiful. Maybe some of the guys seem a little strange but then again, we're investing in a childrens toy or still build with it and we're how old now? Something you may not factor in is that the designers could be speaking a second language. Regardless I personally love the videos, it's nice to put a face to a set. It is likely not his first language, and if it was - then we are being a bit cruel (btw, I know that wasn't what you were intending). I myself don't have any problems or qualms with how he spoke at all. If anything he reminds of how a kid can get when they are so excited about showing what it is they came up with. It was actually quite nice to watch him talking about the various features and such. I usually watch them for the sets I'm interested in but they are a bit too much like a straight out advert for the set.
