Huskers1236
I have no problem spending that kind of money on a figure that is limited. If that's the price, and you want it, who cares? I have spent many times that on baseball cards in the past, so I see no issue in it.
StarCityBrickCompany
I am amazed at the prices this year - I haven't even seen any low priced ones slip through the cracks (as has been the norm). Who would have thought that the pre-sale listings for $400 each was a bargain?
colm9999
if i follow you you just paid almost 600 dollars for a lego mini figure. All I can say is WOW! I can't fathom doing that you could sell for it $1000
kerrmando
This year Is crazy with the SDCC figure prices. I managed to get steals on the previous years but this one doesn't look like that will happen..

I can't fathom doing that Yes I did, and I feel fantastic about it. Like justafrog said, what some people can't fathom, others do on a daily basis. This is for my personal collection. And, as it is one of 200 in the world, I believe if I wanted to sell one day (I never would) I could make a profit. Remember, these figures are selling for that price right now, while there are 20+ listings. Think about the price gains when there are only 2 listings. Same here - I am now wishing that I pulled the trigger on day 1 (I could have bought a couple Spider Woman for 300 each)

ExoBro94
I just searched "SDCC 2013" on eBay and narrowed the results down to sold listings only. The LEGO exclusives make up more than half of all the 2013 Comic Con memorabilia sold so far. That is nuts...

ExoBro94
Ok, this is just getting crazier and crazier. A day ago a seller listed an Azog minifigure. The starting bid was $200 and there was no buy-it-now option or reserve. It just sold for $925. http://bit.ly/woahhhhnelly

TheDarkness
Some people are going to be very butt hurt when this is released in a set
Coneil21
At least the winning bidder gets free shipping
Maverick2k1
You have to have some crazy disposable income to bid that high on a single minifigure. I agree it will likely be released in an alternative version In a future hobbit set.
StarPod
I just cant find a reason in my mind to spend that much money right now....let the hype die
El Guapo
Seems like there are better ways to spend 1500.... But to each their own I guess.

Ronda
At least 4 people willing to pay that insane price... Sounds like our economy is doing much better then we think ) Heh, and it's from the seller who has just 5 feedbacks. Sweet.

beeblet65
a more reputable seller would get that plus 15% possible
El Guapo
Somewhere a 6 year old is playing with a $1500 minifigure. Probably a little girl and Azog is driving a "cool convertible".
TheOrcKing
My standard response would use more profanity I'm sure. I actually like the term as it is rather silly but gets the point across well enough without going overboard.

agp548
Lol that is just ridiculous. I think ill wait to get Azog in the set that he will eventually be released in. If he is never released in a set then so be it. He is cool but not 1500 dollars cool.
